As part of the programme the company has installed a number of high precision Calibration Machines that can deliver fast, accurate results for cells up to 55 tonnes.

Pewag UK general manager Richard Smart said: "Calibration isn't just about compliance, it's about giving customers confidence that their equipment will perform when it matters most. By expanding our network, we are making high precision calibration faster, more accessible, and more cost effective than ever before."
Users receiving training

Each installation also includes extensive on site staff training, allowing distributors to provide certified calibration services to the same standard as the factioy based test centre.

Founded in 2016 by, Kirk Anderson and Millar Kennedy, Aberdeen based LMS was acquired by Pewag in January 2021 - and merged with Pewag UK and Modulift earlier this year. It designs, manufactures and rents load monitoring and testing equipment including load cells, winch monitoring systems and crane safety instrumentation for industrial applications.
