German heavy transport trailer and transporter manufacturer Scheuerle - part of the TII group - has opened an office in Pune, India.

The new branch adds to the group’s facility in Bawal, near New Delhi, and serves as an additional point of contact for sales, service and project engineering.
The Pune office will be led by the managing director of TII India, Miguel Fernandes, who also oversees the Bawal location. The company says that the establishment of the new location aims to bring it closer to its customers.

Fernandes said: “Pune bundles project engineering, sales and services for India and parts of Asia. This means faster response times, local language and direct support.”
TII Group has been active in India for 10 years and established its main base in Bawal in 2015. The Bawal facility produces transport solutions for industry, energy and infrastructure, as well as accessories for moving heavy loads.
