Allison Dana acquisition completes
Allison Transmission has completed the acquisition of the Off-Highway business of axle manufacturer Dana for $2.7 billion. The deal was agreed last June.
Dana’s Off-Highway business operates across 25 countries with 11,000 employees, manufacturing axles and other power train components for equipment used in construction, forestry, agriculture and mining, with a major market share in telehandler axles and drivetrain components. See:
