Another acquisition for Aguilar

Spanish crane and access rental group Grúas Aguilar has acquired Taragona based crane and platform rental company Grúas Gavi through its subsidiary Grúas Serrat, which it acquired in 2023.
Grúas Gavi is a family business founded in 1965 in the Constantí suburb of Tarragona. It runs a fleet of All Terrain and City type cranes up to 400 tonnes, along with a range of platforms, serving the local petrochemical and nuclear facilities. When larger cranes are required, it rents machines from other companies. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
