Palazzani adds to sales team

Italian spider lift manufacturer Palazzani has appointed Andrea Filippini as sales manager Italy.

The move is part of its plan to strengthen its commercial structure in the Italian market, led by sales director for Italy Luigi De Matteo.
With Palazzani Filippini will be responsible for developing and strengthening commercial relationships throughout North West Italy, with the objective of boosting Palazzani’s market presence, while supporting its dealer network and major accounts.

He joins the company after three and a half years as regional sales manager with Zoomlion Italia. He began his career in 2007 as a salesperson for the international hair styling and salon supply company Corani. It clearly was not for him and the following year he took up a sales job with BMW car dealer Nannini Nember. In 2012, he was appointed sales manager at specialist Italian contractor Somi, moving into the powered access market four years later when he became a salesman for access rental company Nacanco, which was acquired by Loxam18 months later. He remained with the business until leaving for Zoomlion in mid 2022.
