Adding height

Nothing new here, we have seen it all before, but not for a while. Spotted in a strip mall in a Chicago suburb, over the past week or two, a man working on the facade of what looks like a famous purple gym.
He is using what looks like a 19ft JLG slab electric scissor lift, which is clearly way too small for some of the work, so he has installed an extendable ladder, which could almost double the working height of the lift.

There are all manner of things wrong with this, and we have said them all before. The amazing thing is that there are still people doing crazy things like this, and as a result, there are still people not going home from work at the end of the day. Usually from having taken stupid risks like this. We assume that this fella did come home after clocking off - this time!
