Sinoboom has hosted the final stop on the Brazilian rental industry 'Women’s Summit group's visit to China.
The group includes 30 senior female managers from Brazil, in a visit co-organised with Brazilian rental industry association 'Summit Rental Gestoras'.

Based in Såo Paulo, Summit Rental Gestoras was created in 2023 by sisters Talita and Helen Záccaro as a platform for women managers in the equipment rental sector. Sinoboom chief executive Susan Xu spoke at the group’s annual summit last year in Guarulhos, north of Såo Paulo and invited delegates to visit China.
The tour began in Changsha with a visit to the Sinoboom plant and headquarters, including a tour of production facilities and equipment demonstrations.
The following day, Sinoboom and Summit Rental Gestoras executives and industry representatives provided presentations on topics such as the global aerial work platform market developments, women’s leadership in Asia and China’s equipment rental market practices.
Xu said: “When women in our industry come together across markets and cultures, we create more than opportunities - we create momentum. This journey is not an end, but the beginning of deeper collaboration and shared progress.”
