Fatal unloading incident

A truck driver died last week when the telescopic boom lift he was unloading slipped off the side of the tilt-back trailer.

The man, father of four, Vincent ‘Vinnie’ Trotter, 34, was on the platform of the boom lift, a JLG from the Redmount Aerials rental fleet, when it came off the side of the trailer onto the sidewalk, pavement. The truck was parked in the street, Main Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey - alongside a new construction site of a school. The main contractor for the site is Regency Developments. He is said to have died almost immediately.
The incident occurred last Monday, April 13th.

Vincent Michael Trotter 1991 - 2026 leaves behind his wife, Tiffanie, and children Giovanni, Landon, Tyson, and Aleiah.
