TVH CEO steps down

TVH chief executive Dominiek Valcke is leaving the company chairman Patrick Lecluyse will take over temporarily while a search for a replacement is carried out.

Valcke has been chief executive for almost eight years, having joined the company almost 22 years ago. He will continue to support Lecluyse and the board as an advisor.

Speaking of his time at the company, Valcke said: “I am very grateful for the close cooperation with the shareholders and the board of directors over the past years. Above all, I look back with great satisfaction and pride at everything I have been able to achieve at TVH together with my team and all the wonderful colleagues. TVH is a beautiful company with much potential and a bright future ahead. It was an unforgettable ride. Lecluyse added: “On behalf of the company, the board of directors, and the shareholders, I thank Dominiek for his tireless dedication during his more than 21 years with TVH, nearly eight years as CEO and previously co-CEO.”
TVH appointed Patrick Lecluyse as a non-executive director and chairman in 2018.
