Niftylift launches support hub

UK based Boom and trailer lift manufacturer Niftylift has launched MyNifty, an online support hub that collates and brings together operator manuals, technical documentation, troubleshooting tools and video guidance in one place.

Depending on the model, the MyNifty page can include operating and safety manuals, service and parts manuals, technical drawings and schematics, error code look-up, and cage overload override reset codes. It also includes model specific NiftyPro video content, such as familiarisation, quick start, emergency recovery, charging, and loading and lashing guidance.
After scanning a QR code, or searching for a machine, users have access to machine specific information

According to the company, most of its models already have QR codes on the serial plate, allowing users to access the information on a mobile phone, whilst older machines can be searched using the serial number QR search tool on the company’s website. The platform currently covers Niftylift units produced over the last 20 years.

Niftylift's Simon Maher said: "Whether someone is preparing a machine for hire, supporting an operator on site or diagnosing a fault in the workshop, they need quick access to accurate information. MyNifty brings together manuals, technical documents, troubleshooting tools and video guidance in a single machine-specific portal, helping users find the right information faster for safer, more efficient operation."
