German rental company Salgert group has taken delivery of a 450 tonne Liebherr LTM 1400-6.1 All Terrain crane.
The new crane is delivered
The six axle crane features a six section 70 metre main boom with Y-Guy Superlift, along with numerous lattice extensions and jib options, including a 45.5 metre luffing extension for a maximum tip height of around 120 metres or an 80.5 metre luffing jib for up to 140 metres. The crane will be used on infrastructure and energy supply projects, as well as installation work, but for its first job, it carried out a tandem lift with a 230 tonne LTM 1230-5.1 for the construction of an Autobahn bridge on the A3.
