Caldwell adds to sales team

US manufacturer Caldwell Lifting Solutions has appointed Melissa Searle as a sales engineer.

She joins following 10 years with Laclede chain manufacturing, where she was director of operations. In her new role, she will help customers solve lifting challenges through the development of custom lifters and engineered lifting systems.

Searle began her career in 2010 as a lifeguard, before joining Missouri University of Science and Technology, as a building operations supervisor until 2015. She also worked as restaurant manager at Park Place Seniors Living. In 2016, she joined Laclede Chain as a mechanical engineer, moving up through the company to become director of operations.
