UK rental company TAH Access Platforms has taken delivery of a 30 metre Easy Lift RA31HY hybrid spider lift.

Launched in 2019, the RA31 has a three section telescopic riser/lower boom and three section top boom, crowned by a 1.8 metre jib with 170 degrees of articulation, delivering a maximum working height of 30.2 metres, with a maximum outreach of 14.5 metres at an up & over height of 15 metres, maximum platform capacity is 230kg. The overall width is 890mm and total weight of the hybrid model is 4,300kg.
The new spider lift at work
A 200Ah 48 volt lithium battery pack powers an AC drive motor, while a small diesel engine drives a hydraulic generator which automatically recharges the pack when no mains outlet is available for the on board charger. The lift was purchased through local Easy Lift dealer IASales.
Established in 2008 and based in West Norwood, South London, TAH Access Platforms runs a fleet of largely CTE truck mounted and spider lifts with working heights from 21 to 31 metres.
