DK Rental deal approved

An Extraordinary General Meeting of Lavendon shareholders has approved its acquisition of DK Rentals Belgium and France with 95.6 percent of votes cast in favour, four percent against and a few votes withheld.

The transaction is now expected to complete on Thursday December 13th.

The smaller acquisition of DK Rental Spain did not require shareholder approval and has already completed with merger plans between DK and Zooom Spain already well underway.
