Hiab buys in Oz

Loader crane company Hiab has signed an agreement to acquire 70 percent of the operations of O’Leary’s Material Handling Services.

O’Leary’s is located in Malaga a suburb of Perth and claims to be the leading supplier and installer of tail lifts in Western Australia.

The company employs 24 with revenues in 2007 of around €2.6 million.
