Death wish 20 revisted

An eagle eyed reader spotted the fact that in our death wish 20 of last week, we missed the fact that the man perched on the forks of the telehandler, was actually watching, and possibly waiting to unhitch the slings and connect, a steel column slung to the forks he was standing on!.

So here it is again... Updated
