Stuart Cohen Returns to Instant

Stuart Cohen has joined Instant-UpRight the Irish based alloy tower producer, Cohen had worked on the Instant Upright tower products until last October, when he was a casualty of the merger between UpRight North America and Snorkel.

He then joined H&E equipment, the Baton Rouge based equipment sales and rental company, covering industrial sales in Georgia from his base in Atlanta.

After buying the UpRight powered access business, Tanfield took on all North American staff and agreed to continue to distribute the Irish built scaffold products. The two companies have now agreed that going forward it will be better for both to focus on its core products, and as such Instant is now planning operate its own US sales and marketing team.

Today was Cohen’s first day with Instant, he says that he “enjoyed his time with H&E which is a first class company and employer, but that his heart is with the Instant-UpRight products” and he could not pass up the opportunity.
