Board changes at Palfinger

The supervisory board of loader crane and access equipment manufacturer, Palfinger has appointed Hubert Palfinger junior as deputy chairman of the supervisory board, taking over from his father Hubert Palfinger, who will retain a seat on the board.

Hubert Palfinger Junior

The chairman of the board is ex chief executive Alexander Exner, who has held the post since 2003. The company says that the reshuffle is another step in the management transition process going on within the Palfinger family which owns 65 percent of the company.

Hubert Palfinger Senior

Hubert Palfinger, 66, was chairman of the board from 1997 to 2003 his current appointment as a director expires next year.
