Two men on the roof, safety equipment? No

Given this company’s proud health & safety efforts, for which it has won several awards, it seems odd that these two roof workers would be walking around the damp, steeply pitched roof with absolutely no safety equipment.

Taking a closer look

As if all this is not bad enough, just below the roof edge are a set of pointed railings which might catch one of these guys should they be unlucky to take a tumble from the roof.
