            Loader crane accident
            A man died this morning after a loader crane dropped its load after a set of slings failed, at an engineering company in Waiwhakaiho near New Plymouth on North Island, New Zealand.

The operator, Allan Robert Peacock, 38, an employee of Roebuck Cranes was offloading some heavy gas cylinders, when the web slings gave way. The failure sent the bolt from a D-Link flying towards Peacock, hitting him in the head and killing him instantly
