First Liebherr LTM1100-4.2

The first of the new Liebherr 100 tonne LTM1100-4.2’s has been delivered last week to Dunaújváros, Hungary based crane rental company Dunagép RT.

Dunagép already operates around 20 Liebherr mobile cranes, the largest of which is the LTM 1400. The company also has branches in Slovakia and Romania.

Owner László Szécsenfalvi says that a key reason for taking the LTM1100 was its 60 metre main boom on a four axle carrier. He also cited the Liccon 2-control system with its blue tooth remote capability for set up as a feature that the company liked.

A good deal of the new cranes time will be employed on tower crane erection, along with work in the petrochemical industry and steel erection.
