JCB launch new work platform range

JCB the UK’s largest construction equipment manufacturer and market leading producer of Telescopic handlers will launch a range of fully CE compliant aerial work platforms for attaching to its Loadall range of Telehandlers at Bauma In Munich next week.

The machines functions can be operated fully from the platform and offer a big Rough Terrain scissor sized deck on the end of a boom. And following on this theme they offer dual deck extensions, to provide lateral reach while retracting to as practical width for traveling.

This launch follows the growing success of Merlo and Manitou, Merlo having pioneered the fully CE approved Telescopic handler work platform attachment while Manitou have also invested significantly in the development of such platforms, including a recently introduced “roofers” work platform, which is tailored to working on traditional pitched roofs.
