UNIC to ship tri-fuel mini crawler for SED

Visitors to this year's SED exhibition, being held next month at its usual Fen Farm location in Milton Keynes, will be given the chance to view the very latest addition to the recently established European Unic mini crawler crane range by way of a new tri-fuel version.

Unic says that the electric pack of its new tri-fuel system fixes on the front of the mini crawler beneath its boom without increasing its overall length.

The new unit, which for the show is is being presented as the 2.9 t capacity 295CR model, can be switched between petrol, LPG and mains electric power during tranistion between exterior and interior working environments.

The unit, which has only just been built in Japan, will be shipped over in time for the exhibition and exhibted along with the full Unic range of mini crawlers, which, in addition to the 295CR, also includes the 095CR, the 376CL and the 506CL.

The full range will be on display on the joint-stand of GGR Glass Services and subsidiary, Unic Cranes Europe, at location P/9C in the Cranes and Access Village.
