Scaffold bodge

A reader from Germany recently sent us a photo of some tradesmen at work on the exterior of a restaurant, they are clearly unaware of modern access equipment and must have spent some time bodging up this solution.

Scraps of scaffold create a platform - hardly efficient of safe though!

Once in place it can hardly be described as a safe or efficient form of access, once again it is clear that there is still a major job to be done to spread the message.
