Genie Germany relocates to Delmenhorst

Terex AWP/Genie has relocated its Genie Germany offices from Bremen to, the Atlas (now Terex cranes) loader crane production facilities in Delmenhorst, northern Germany.

The German based Customer Support Centre serves Terex AWP customers throughout Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

This move follows the opening in June of the new Terex AWP European Distribution Centre located in Roosendaal, The Netherlands. The responsibility for sales administration, parts, and new machine delivery has been transferred to the Customer Service Team in the Netherlands.

The Terex AWP Customer Support Centre in Delmenhorst now incorporates the commercial functions where customer care specialists focus on delivering customer service on a local level. Their areas of expertise include field service, technical advice, warranty, training, accounts and credit control.
