Manitowoc to switch to annual dividend

Manitowoc has declared its last quarterly dividend – two cents a share – following approval of a resolution to switch to an annual dividend

The last quarterly dividend will be payable on December 11th , to shareholders of record on December 1, 2009, it then moves to the annual dividend with the first due in October 2010.
