Fagioli shows off its new 1350 tonne crawler crane
Italian logistics, heavy transport and lifting group Fagioli showed off its new Liebherr LR 11350 crawler crane to a group of international customers at the manufacturer’s facility at Ehingen.
The crane – which will be delivered early next year – was put through its paces in a demonstration that included showing off its sensitive lifting movement by pressing a cork into the neck of a chamapgne bottle.

Fagioli shows off its new 1,350 tonne LR 11350 to a group of international customers
Fagioli ordered two Liebherr crawler cranes, an LR 1750 and an LR 11350 about a year ago in order to extend its ’full service’ capability starting from feasibility and engineering, right across the entire range of moving and lifting extremely heavy loads.
Fagioli’s LR 1750 has already been in operation for about a year working in refineries, chemical plants, on infrastructure projects and on pre-assembly of modules for off-shore installations. The new LR 11350 will also work in these areas when delivered early next year and will be delivered with a 114 metre main boom, 84 metre luffing fly jib, derrick and suspended ballast.
The Fagioli Group – established initially as a transport company in 1955 - is based in S. Ilario D'Enza, near Parma and currently employs 750 staff worldwide.
