Toyota Material handling restructures
Toyota Material Handling North America,(TMHNA) the Aichi master distributor is restructuring its operations to bring its Toyota and Raymond businesses closer together.
The changes include bring all of Toyota Material Handlings businesses together at its headquarters in Columbus, Indiana and appointing a new management structure.
Tatsuo Matsuura, chairman of the Toyota Material Handling Group said: “Today we are further evolving TMHNA’s capabilities to better leverage the knowledge and expertise throughout our North American companies. This step will ensure that Toyota and Raymond customers continue to receive the best products and service in the industry.”
-Kazue Sasaki will be appointed chairman of TMHNA •
-James Malvaso currently chief executive of Raymond becomes president of TMHNA.
-Charles Pascarelli moves to president of the Raymond Sales division of The Raymond Corporation.
-Michael Field will be appointed president of the Raymond Operations division of The Raymond Corporation.
-Brett Wood will continue to as president of Toyota Material Handling USA.
-Ed Rompala becomes chief financial officer for TMHNA and will remain as chief financial officer for The Raymond Corporation.
-Hitoshi Matsuoka has been appointed TMHNA executive coordinator.
-Kazuhiro Kurosaka has been appointed as TMHNA coordinator.
Raymond was acquired by BT Rollatruck in 1997 which was then acquired by Toyota USA in 2000, it produces a wide range of warehouse trucks under the Raymond and BT brands.
