Lavendon issues Platform Co shares

The Lavendon Group has issued 1,303,567 new shares, currently worth £1,040,000, to the ex owners of the Platform Company as part of its deferred payment for the business.

The payment comes on the second anniversary of the closing of the acquisition with the shares being listed as of tomorrow. Click here to see original report
