PTS goes again

PTS - Plant and Tool Solutions Ltd has gone bankrupt, less than four months after its directors took its predecessor Plant Access and Tool Solutions Ltd into administration and re-emerged under the same 'PTS' banner.

The company called a creditors meeting on Monday August 20th at which it was confirmed that the company would go straight to liquidation adding at least a few more debtors to the long list of the old company.

We do not have the details of what has caused such a rapid demise but will be following up on this.
