New MD for Riwal UK
Dutch international rental company Riwal has appointed Mick Ledden as country manager for the UK. He replaces Glenn Pearson who leaves after just over a year with the company.
Ledden joins Riwal UK from Axis Fleet Management, where he has been managing director for the past 18 months. Prior to that he was chief executive at the charity Prospects. He began his career at Aggreko in 1994 as a service engineer, working his way through the ranks to general manager. In 2007 he joined the Lavendon group as UK operations director and was then promoted to group operations director. In 2010 he was appointed as executive director business development and key accounts leaving the company in 2013.

Mick Ledden
Riwal UK was established in 2009 initially as a re-rent operation. In this year's
Cranes & Access Top 30 rental company results, the company had a fleet of almost 1,000 units.
