Senior appointments at Manitou N.A

Manitou North America has made three senior appointments to its senior management team: Myron Birschbach as vice president of service and aftermarket, Scott McGuigan as eastern region vice president and Jill Pintor as business coordinator.

Birschbach will be responsible for all service and support functions for Manitou, Gehl and Mustang products in North America. He joins the company from concrete pump manufacturer Schwing America where he has been general manager of aftermarket parts and service for the past three years. Prior to that he spent 17 years at Inland Power group, most recently as senior vice president of aftermarket sales, having joined the company in 1999 from Cummins Mid-South where he was general sales manager Automotive.

Myron Birschbach

McGuigan will be responsible for leading sales strategies and customer support in the eastern region of the United States and Canada and joins the company from John Deere dealer Dobbs Equipment where he was vice president of operations and sales. Prior to that he spent almost four years with another John Deere dealer - Nortrax. He began his career in 1994 with Hertz Equipment Rental as a sales co-ordinator, moving up through the ranks to manager of the Athens, Georgia branch in the seven years he was with the company. In 2001 he moved to Briggs Equipment as regional sales director, later becoming a regional vice president for Georgia, Tennessee, southern Alabama and part of Florida. In 2009 he moved to excavator attachment manufacturer NPK, departing five years later for Nortrax.

Scott McGuigan

Pintor’s will be responsible for “anchoring the leadership team”, driving the internal coordination of projects, supporting customer initiatives and insuring consistent performance and progress. She joins the company from Prime Carbon where she was inside sales manager, before which she worked for Bradley Corp as a senior account manager. She began her career as an international sales and service intern with Agrimark. After leaving college she joined engine manufacturer Kohler as an account manager for South America, moving to a similar job as Larpen Metallurgical in 2007, joining Bradley in 2013.

Jill Pintor

Manitou North America chief executive Mark Hanson said: “We are excited to have Myron, Scott and Jill on board to complete our leadership team.
