Overhead power lines take life
A 26 year-old man died in the UK yesterday morning after the aerial lift or telehandler he was working from struck live overhead power lines.
The man was reported to have been helping to construct a hen shed on a farm, between Catterick and Bedale near Arrathorne in the North of England.
Police, ambulances and the Great North Air Ambulance attended the scene and tried to revive the man before flying him to the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough, where he was pronounced dead.
No further information is available at this time.
