Genie announces new distribution agreements

Genie has appointed Rumaillah Motors as its distributor for Qatar.
The agreement covers all of the company's products, including its scissor lift and boom lifts, telehandlers, portable material lifts, AWP range, lighting towers and trailer mounted booms.

As a full service provider, Rumaillah Motors will support its Genie sales with factory-trained service engineers and a fleet of twenty fully equipped product support vehicles.

At the same time Genie has reached a formal agreement with Hi-Reach Manlift (Pty), appointing it as its distributor for Sub-Saharan Africa.

Hi-Reach Manlift will now supply all Genie across a territory that stretches from the Democratic Republic of Congo to South Africa, including Zambia, Tanzania, Mauritius and Madagascar.

Hi-Reach Manlift’ managing director George Landsberg, said: “The agreement reinforces a relationship built over the last five years. We’ve always seen Genie and Terex products as best in class, and continue to do so”.
