Continental Crane acquires Carde Pacific

Continental Crane of La Miranda California has acquired the assets of Carde Pacific and merged the two businesses under the Carde Pacific brand.

Both companies cover the Los Angeles and San Diego regions and are located in the same
area. While the merged operation will carry the Carde Pacific name it will operate form the Continental facilities.

Both companies offered Rough Terrain, crawler and tower cranes with Terex representing the bulk of the Carde fleet, while Continental has Kobelco.

The new Carde Pacific will offer new crane rental and sale along with replacement parts and service. It will be one of the largest dealers for Kobelco and Terex cranes in the United States. It also offers Liebherr, Potain, Grove and Link Belt within its rental fleet.
