Ahern retains financial advisor

Las Vegas based Ahern Rentals has engaged Oppenheimer & Co as its financial advisor to review various financing alternatives. The review will include looking at alternatives relating to the revolving portion of its existing credit facility which matures in August 2011.

Last month the highly indebted aerial lift and telehandler specialist had its credit rating downgraded by Standard & Poor's. Its corporate credit rating was lowered from ‘B’ to ‘B’ .
