Following the recent death of Zenith’s owner Mark Butler and subsequent new management structure, Wells says she felt a move was appropriate.
“I decided it was time for me to work with a company that would not only provide the support and equipment required, but also one that shared similar aspirations within the industry,” said Wells. “I wanted to become part of a team that promoted a fresh approach, innovative ideas and were willing to work outside the industry’s typical approach to platform hire."
"It was also important that I joined a team with similar passion for the truck mounted rental sector. It is extremely encouraging to now be associated with a developing company that has a clear vision and the ability to make a difference within the industry.”
Blade Access managing director Mark Bell added: “We have worked with Donna as friendly competitors over the last 12 months and it quickly became apparent we were seeking the same goals both on service level standards and within the quality of the equipment we supply. Donna has a wealth of experience and will work specifically alongside myself on a number of selected projects. I am very pleased that we have been able to add her experience at this stage of our growth plan and it forms part of a larger significant commitment Blade Access Specialists is currently working on."
"We have exciting times ahead over the coming years so it is critical we have key people in place to develop with the company.”
