LTS adds 26t Scanias
UK based London Tower Service – LTS – has taken delivery of two new six wheel 26 tonne Scania delivery trucks today.
The new additions are driven by the need to carry more scissors and boom in a single load both in and out of the city of London.
The company says that it chose the Scania for “its lower total operating cost, cutting edge technology and razor sharp performance. With their new EGR Euro 5 inline engines we don’t have to buy AdBlue additives - just add diesel and go, so providing a lower cost to us”

LTS selected the same beavertail body as it has in its existing Iveco trucks, built by Colliers Truck Builders of Maldon Essex due to the experience in the fleet in terms of reliability and durability.
LTS operates a fleet of self-propelled aerial lifts, push-around scissor lifts and mobile scaffold towers throughout the London region.
