Access Parts & Hire UK closes
Access Parts & Hire UK Ltd has laid off its staff last week and closed its Oswestry location.
The business largely supplied replacement parts for aerial lifts and was created in its current form when Techno Group purchased the assets and goodwill of Access Parts Ltd from Ian Murray in September 2010. That company also built special lifts such as truck mounted scissor lifts.
Techno Group cited “adverse trading conditions” as to the reason for closure which involved four job losses. While the staff have been ‘let go’ the company is still solvent.
