Terex to launch new cranes at Conexpo

Terex Cranes will launch two new boom trucks and a new 100 tonne truck crane at Conexpo in late March.

The new 60 ton (54 tonnes) Terex Crossover 6000 boom truck is, says the company, easily configurable for road transport in all 50 states and offers a 110 ft (33.5 metres) maximum boom length and 170 ft (51.6 metres) maximum tip height with extensions.

The new 100 ton (90 tonnes) T100 truck crane features a new operators cab and is equipped with a 164.5 ft (50 metre) boom and total tip height with boom extensions of 243 ft (74 metres).

The BT 28106 is another new boom truck with a capacity of up to 28 tons (25.4 tonnes) and is equipped with a 106 ft (32.3 metres) boom and maximuim tip height of 162 ft (49.4 metres).
