Snorkel updates TM12
Snorkel will introduce an updated version of the TM 12 at next week’s Conexpo show in Las Vegas.
The changes are relatively minor although significant, they include the fitting of the new proportional control system introduced on the company’s slab electric scissors last year, complete with easy to use diagnostics, a new two section saloon type entry gate and a smooth steel deck with non-slip tape in place of the original checker plate.

The most radical change is the availability of a deck extension along with a variable height stock picking tray. With the changes comes a new name, the M1230E. The product went into production as the UpRight TM12 in 1995 and has remained largely unchanged since.

In spite of the array of competitive products that have appeared against the TM12 in the 16 years it has been in production, it has remained popular and still sells in good numbers.
