Mateco acquires Schmelzer

German based powered access company Mateco has acquired Krefeld based rental company Schmelzer further strengthening its coverage in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Schmelzer and Mateco have worked together for some time, the business was founded and is owned by Manfred Schmelzer who will now retire after 30 years in the business. Mateco is taking over all the staff and assets of the company and will continue to trade from the same premises.
