The company, which is owned by the family of the late Mark Butler, has ceased trading and is in the process of going through an orderly closure. Most of the assets have now been sold through private sale or by public auction. All creditors are also being paid, and all debtors collected. It is expected that the business will generate a surplus for the shareholders when the process is completed.

Andy Ainsworth of AA Access and a past partner of Mark Butler and Zenith said that he purchased the three machines after having been offered them following a valuation by the company which seemed fair.
After Butlers death in November last year, the family had tried to continue running the business but after nine months considered that it a structured closure would ultimately be the best solution.
