The truck came to rest against the barriers
The truck came to rest against the side barriers with little if any damage to the lift, it was recovered before the morning rush hour got fully underway. A statement from Cleveland Public Power said that high winds may have contributed to the event. However it also appears that the machines stabilisers might not have been properly set and it would seem that the operator was not wearing a harness and lanyard.
