Ausa opens in Mexico
Spanish telehandler and fork truck manufacturer Ausa has opened a new sales subsidiary in Mexico.
The new operation is managed by sales director Paco Pérez Salinas, who said: “We are laying the foundations for a strong market presence in Mexico. The new subsidiary will also enable us to keep in close touch with market trends in neighbouring countries.”
“We are seeking a strong presence and our aim is to be closer to this market. At Ausa, we believe that the best way is a direct approach, which will also facilitate the search for more dealers. In this regard, I would like to underline the fact that we are finalising the dealership agreement for the regions of Veracruz, Jalisco and Yucatán, and we already have a distribution network in Mexico City”.
Ausa says that the new company will hold inventory of machinery and replacement parts as well as offering training packages and sales programmes arranged through agreements with local institutions.
