Vertikal Comment
The selection of Roll-Lift as a partner is an interesting move on ALE’s part as it looks to add to its worldwide market coverage in order to compete with Mammoet and Sarens for heavy lift projects, in what is expected to be a fast growing market over the next 10 years.
Roll-Lift itself has no direct experience in this region, however Mammoet does and Roll-Lift is managed by ex-Mammoet staff. This industry is very much a people business and one imagines that the new venture will attract at least the interest of a few Mammoet or ex Mammoet colleagues in the region?
