The first Access Alliance meeting of the year was well attended

Tony Crawford, director of Alliance member Mr Plant Hire, said: “The day was productive, with input coming from a number of sources, the kind people at Higher Concept software provided some product training for members on their Syrinx rental management system, while in the afternoon the group were joined by representatives from TVH, the global parts supply company. HLS also made a presentation to the Alliance members introducing the company and the manufacturer’s they represent, covering products from PB Lift, Bluelift, and RAM Truck-Mounts, followed by demonstrations of the equipment on offer.”

Ben Hirst of Horizon added: “Today’s meeting marked three years since the Alliance was formed and to add to the positive spirit we are delighted to welcome Northern Ireland based Balloo Hire into the association as a full member. This takes our overall fleet size to above 4,000 units, which we feel is a fantastic achievement in such a short period of time.”

“Although our 17 members can already competitively deliver access equipment throughout the UK, we would be delighted to hear from representatives of independently owned businesses, with a passion for providing the highest levels of customer service in East Anglia, Tyne and Wear, Cumbria, South Wales, North Wales, Lincolnshire and Edinburgh to potentially join our organisation.”
