MEC ends production of 3772

US based aerial lift manufacturer MEC Aerial Work Platforms has built the last of its 3772 Rough Terrain scissor lifts.

The 37ft 3772 will be replaced by the previously announced 4069, initially with battery electric power pack with a diesel option to follow. The new unit offers more platform height at 40ft with a narrower overall width – the trade off is a lower platform capacity of 360kg compared to the 3772’s 450kg. The 3772 was launched in February 2007.

The MEC 3772 has been replaced with the 4069 which offers the company's sheet material rack
