Speaking of the new location he said: “Our new base in Frechen will help us provide improved sales support for our activities in Germany. I believe there is huge potential for low-level powered access in Germany where the market is really just starting. We have sold only 200 machines in Germany to date, compared to nearly 4,000 in the UK, so clearly there is room for some more! I will be working with our dealers and rental companies in Germany to help increase awareness of the advantages of low-level powered amongst end users.”

Brian King of Power Towers added: “Edwin is one of these annoyingly clever Dutchmen who speaks great English, German and even Spanish - lived in Barcelona for eight years - in addition to his mother toungue. He will be a great asset for us in helping to develop our business outside the UK.”
Power Towers has also stepped up its activities in the Middle East with Peter Ellis, previously UK national account manager, has moved to the UAE to establish a new operation to stock and distribute the products throughout the region.
