Another Teupen for MBS Access

UK-based MBS Access has added a fifth Leo 23GT spider lift to its rental fleet.

The company, which is based in Witham, Essex, is owned by Martyn Bass. who said: “The demand for 23 metre machines remains very high, we chose the Leo 23GT because of the quality of finish and having run Teupen machines for many years, we felt that another unit was the right fit.”

“The 2014 version features a new remote control box, better access on the engine canopies for maintenance and the ground controls as well as the operating speed being multi-functional. Furthermore now the overall machine weight is under three tonnes.”

Teupen UK sales manager Craig Rooke added: “MBS has run Teupen machines in their ground care division primarily for tree surgeons for a while, which is how Martyn started. Things have now taken off with the hire side MBS Access which is run on a day to day basis by Ben Dobson.”
